Twice a year, Shin-Etsu organizes a middle-management meeting, aimed at intensifying cooperation between management and middle management. The goal of these meetings is to evaluate the previous year's policy and, by means of themed workshops, generate input to help management determine the policy for the coming year. The latest meeting focused on our new corporate strategy and the plans for putting this strategy into action.
