By replacing almost 100% of transport by road between Pernis and Hardenberg with transport by water, we achieved a 17% reduction in CO2 emissions. This was a joint initiative by our logistics department and one of our most important PVC transporters.

The prizes are awarded to suppliers who differentiate themselves in the areas of quality, on time and in full; costs; management (with a focus this year on sustainability); greatest improvement in overall performance and best overall performance. We received the award in the area of Management.

The prize was presented during the Wavin NW Europe suppliers’ day.
